
We are delighted that Carrie-Ann Lightley has accepted a role as an Ambassador for UP.
Carrie-Ann leads the marketing team at AccessAble, the UK’s largest provider of access information, and is one of the UK’s leading accessible travel bloggers. Carrie-Ann has Cerebral Palsy and is a wheelchair user. In 2019 and 2020, Carrie-Ann was named as one of the top 100 most influential disabled people in the UK, on the Shaw Trust #DisabilityPowerList100.

The research findings call for improvements in policy and physiotherapy services to meet the needs of adults with cerebral palsy throughout their lives.
The purpose of the animation is to provide clear and accessible key messages, and to maximise the impact of the research.
The team aims to widely disseminate the 2-minute animation to reach and influence policy makers and those who design health and care services.
