Community Chat
An informal session to connect with others in the UP community. Come along to chat, listen, or simply spend time with people who understand life with CP – no agenda, no pressure.

11 February
Guided Discussion: Work & Purpose
A reflective discussion exploring work, identity, and purpose, and how these can look different for everyone. Together, we’ll consider inclusion, barriers, and the many ways people find meaning beyond paid employment.

18 February
Community Chat 
A second open Community Chat offering a welcoming space to check in with others, share what’s on your mind, or just be part of the conversation at your own pace.

25 February
Guided Discussion: Travel & Adventure 
A conversation about travel, exploration, and trying new things with CP. We’ll share experiences, reflect on accessibility, and explore what adventure can look like.
