Share your experiences of health and care in Wiltshire

November 4, 2026

Do you have cerebral palsy, live in Wiltshire and are aged 18 or over? We’d love to hear from you.

UP is working with Healthwatch Wiltshire to better understand what it’s like for adults with cerebral palsy to use health and care services in the area.

This is a chance to make sure the people who plan and deliver services hear directly from you. By sharing your experiences, you can help show what’s working well, where things need to improve, and how care could be better for others in future.

What we’ll talk about

This is a friendly, informal conversation about your experiences of healthcare, including:

  • what has worked well for you
  • challenges or barriers you’ve faced
  • what could have made your experience better
  • how services could better meet the needs of people with cerebral palsy

About Healthwatch Wiltshire

Healthwatch Wiltshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. It listens to people’s experiences and uses that feedback to push for improvements in local services, so your views can help bring about real change for the cerebral palsy community in Wiltshire.
