Mindfulness is known to help reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and aid with pain management – all areas that can be particularly challenging for people living with cerebral palsy. These weekly sessions offer a chance to learn practical techniques and build a regular mindfulness practice. They’re open to, and suitable for everyone – whether you are experienced in mindfulness, or it is completely new to you.

How it works:
We have a weekly drop-in mindfulness session that you can join on a flexible, week-by-week basis – no commitment required. They run on Thursdays, 2–3pm.
These sessions are kindly sponsored by Property Professionals Breakfast Club.
